Established in 2012, Shu was once the name of Sichuan Province, now an innovative Chinese kitchen and bar serving plant based degustation dinner in Collingwood, Melbourne.
Degustation includes all 10 courses we normally serve at the restaurant. Almost everything is ready to eat except a simple heat up of the skewer from second last course and the noodle soup from the last course.
